workers.coop meets the unique needs and aspirations of worker co-ops, while spreading the word about worker cooperation among new generations and groups of workers. As a member, you and your co-op can:

- Benefit from co-created learning, development and support programmes to share resources and insights
- Connect with new audiences and sectors through youth, policy and diverse worker awareness activities

What we offer
Since our inception in 2023 workers.coop has developed a growing programme of activities that include:
- Colatting resources, templates and policies from worker co-ops to search, download and share
- Learning modules, starting with the basics like: what is a worker co-op, what it means to be a member, effective meetings
- A Co-op Conversations clinic to match co-ops experiencing challenges with peer mentors or professional worker co-op advisers, which is being ramped up into a Mentoring programme
- Hosting member meet-ups, establish regional, industry and role-based networks for workers in HR, marketing and business development roles – see events listing
- Development of a business referrals channel, to increase knowledge of each others’ commercial goals and get new business for members
- The formation of productive relationships with other workers’ and social movement organisations
- A partnership with the worker co-op Solidarity Fund which crowd sources resources for co-op development
- Alliances with international organisations such as CECOP and CICOPA.
