Worker cooperatives enable workers to unite and collectively advance their economic, social, and cultural interests.
We come together as workers.coop because we want to build more equitable and sustainable world. We value collaboration, solidarity and care for each other, our communities, and our planet. Together we can make work decent, and empower people to shape their own destiny.
Our members are democratic worker-owned businesses, and multi-stakeholder co-operatives where workers have significant control, and the individual worker members who make it all happen. Our members range from micro enterprises in research and technology to social co-operatives with hundreds of members.
