Punchcard documents the ideas, struggles and experiments shaping worker cooperation internationally
Worker co-ops generate huge amounts of lived experience and practical wisdom, but too often that knowledge disappears when projects end or people move on. Punchcard exists to document and share those lessons through long-form conversations with worker cooperators, organisers and researchers from around the world.
“Punchcard has been invaluable for me as someone who recently entered into the world of worker co-operatives.”
Ali Francis — Asterisks Coop, UK
“The best podcast on work co-ops to help us democratize work!”
Jeffrey Elkner — Semillero de Economía Solidaria, US
“Such insightful conversations.”
Harry Keller — Village One, Germany

About the team
Caleb Elliott is host & producer of Punchcard
He came into cooperative work through the Barefoot Cooperative Development Programme and works across co-operative development, education and movement-building projects in London with Principle Six.
Punchcard grew out of his interest in how cooperative knowledge is shared — and often lost — within and between co-ops.
Caleb’s work focuses on cooperative development, storytelling and strengthening cooperative ecosystems.
